The name of this site says it all. The site hosts technical articles on all facets of Windows networking, plus blogs, tutorials, message boards. Of special interest is its Knowledgebase, which makes its archives easy to search.
2. MSExchange.org
A site independent from Microsoft that is stocked full of technical information on Microsoft Exchange. It also features forums and video tutorials.

Your list of 20 Helpful Microsoft Sites
Hello,
I just wanted to set the record straight on #11 in your list. You stated:
"It also includes lists of nasty misspelled Web sites such as MCMCSE.com, plus unsafe blogs, forums and more."
MC MCSE is not mispelled, it is the name of our site. We are not nasty. For nearly 10 years we have been running one of the most popular and well respected certification web sites available. In fact, we should probably be on your list.

(Comment modified by moderator). Jason wrote a comment that noted that the example of a misspelled site given in No. 11 was wrong. The example has been removed and this comment edited in order to eliminate the inaccurate information.

#10. Microsoft TechNet. Both links are "http://www.mvps.org/links.html", the #9 listing.

Registration is required to use TechNet? That's incorrect. Registration is required to downloand certain free software, but not required for using most of the site.

Another good third party site is the SUA Community run by Interop Systems. (SUA is Microsoft's Subsystem for UNIX-based Applications, formerly Interix) It's been going for 5 or 6 years with great free downloads for SUA and SFU, e.g. OpenSSH, Bash, etc. and active forum.
